My family’s experience in using Apex was wonderful. Apex transported my elderly mother to and from dialysis three times a week for a number of years through all types of weather conditions. They were very reliable but more importantly the EMT staff was so kind, caring and concerned about my mother’s well being and overall medical condition. They become a big part of our family as we were a part of their family. We are forever grateful for the services they provided.

Apex Ambulance took care of my Mother when she became ill at the facility where she was staying. The crew was very kind and knowledgeable. They took care of her like she was their family. I had a great experience with APEX when my mother in law had to go to the hospital for an appointment. She was nervous about using an ambulance service, but everything from dealing with Steve the owner who put her at ease, and the compassionate and professional staff that picked her up and brought her home.
